Mems Technology有限公司（Mems Technology Berhad，简称“MemsTech公司”）2009年1月15日宣布，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）行政法法官（ALJ）在委员会调查程序中，根据Knowles Electronics有限责任公司的申诉做出了初步裁决。

在法官的初步裁决中，行政法法官建议准予Knowles公司请求的有限排除令，禁止MemsTech公司将某些硅晶麦克风直接进口到美国。

Mems Technology Berhad (“MemsTech”) announced on March 15, 2009 that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“ITC”) will review the Initial Determination by the Administrative Law Judge in the ITC investigation based on Knowles Electronics LLC\'s complaint pursuant to section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. The Commission’s Final Determination is scheduled to be issued by May 14, 2009.

“We are very encouraged that the Commission has decided to grant our petition to review the Initial Determination,” said Kathirgamasundram Sooriakumar, Chief Executive Officer of MemsTech. “We continue to believe the Initial Determination made by the Administrative Law Judge is erroneous and that the Final Determination by the ITC will be made in MemsTech\'s favor.”
