任职要求：

1.Bachelor or above in Audiology, Physics, Psychologies, Medical Engineering or related subject.
本科以上学历，听力学，心理学，医学工程或其他相关学科。
2.Above 3yr professional R&D experience in fields related to audiology, i.e. through experience at a hospital, university, research institute or in industry;Above 3yr Experience with hearing aid technology and/or fitting of hearing aids.
三年以上听力学领域专业研发经验，例如，在医院，大学，研究机构或机构的工作经验;三年以上助听器技术和/或助听器验配经验。
3.Above 2yr working within international, English speaking context (preferably: Europe/US based company), or above 1yr study abroad.
两年以上在英语环境中工作的经验（最好是：欧洲/美国的公司），或一年以上的留学经验。

主要职责：

Develop fitting procedures for new generations of new hearing aids, modify existing product configurations, validate hearing systems, and audiologically support other departments in SHIL. Work closely together with the electro-acoustic, electrical and mechanical design engineers and the project leader of the different projects.
为新一代的助听器开发验配程序，修改现有的产品配置，验证听力规律，给SHIL其他部门提供听力学支持。与电声、电子和机械设计的同事及不同项目的负责人紧密合作。
1.Develop, realize and test fitting procedures for new digital hearing instruments
开发、实现和测试新的数字助听器的验配程序。
2.Design, supervise and analyze field tests and clinical studies
设计，监督和分析现场试验及临床研究。
3.Supervise and manage product evaluations with external partners
与外部合作伙伴一起监督和管理产品评估。
4.Support product management and marketing. Support development of audiological product specifications.
支持产品管理和市场营销。支持听力产品细节的开发。
5.Configure hearing instruments for optimal performance.
配置达到最佳性能的助听器。
