非常感谢国明把我作为要秒杀的对象，胜感荣幸。自从在北京娄氏那个招聘帖里说你是小人，被那个HR一番话说的无地自容之后，我没有任何兴趣跟你斗嘴。你想怎么贬低我是你的权力，劝你反复看看那个HR的话，好好的反思一下，对你这辈子成为一个真正有才有德的高手有很大帮助。谢谢你看得起我。很惭愧一直困扰你这么就，让你一直放不下。

I am a recruiter supporting the hiring needs of Knowles Electronics ( www.knowles.com ) across the United States.

Knowles Electronics is the leading global supplier of high performance, subminiature microphones and speakers serving a variety of applications and markets. Knowles Acoustics introduced the world’s first surface mount microphone (SiSonic) and is the #1 provider of surface-mount, MEMS microphones to the mobile handset marketplace. Recently, Knowles Acoustics shipped its 1 billionth microphone. The company has operations in North America, Europe and Asia, with primary manufacturing facilities in China and Malaysia.

Currently I am recruiting for an Electro-Acoustic Senior Manager of Product Development for their Itasca, IL location.  The Senior Manager of Product Development will lead the dynamic product development team. Industry experience in miniature electro-mechanical components is preferred, but not mandatory.  This key person will drive the development of new designs through proof of concept and prototypes.  This individual will work closely with Sales & Marketing on design and technology concepts that are aligned with customer needs and business goals. Responsibilities include leading and managing a small team of senior level research & development engineers.

如果真的有人（除国明）要把我作为秒杀的对象，首先非常感谢。其次在这里奉劝大家几点：

1. 作为一名工程师，最重要的不是你读了多少书，记住了多少公式、会用多少软件，而是你的思维方式。当你遇到一个问题时，你怎么去分析问题，如何需求帮助，最终高效而彻底的解决问题。这才是关键，记一大堆公式，不会用，遇到问题思路不清，跟图书馆、电脑软件没啥区别。这样的工程师永远成不了高手。

2. 德，正如北京娄氏那个HR所说，即使是作为人家的对手，也要是受人尊重的对手。一个人要成为真正的大家，你必须有德。光是有点技术，狂妄自大，井底之蛙，到此叫嚣，这样的人永远成不了高人。当一个人有德之后，也不会把秒杀别人作为自己的奋斗目标。

3. 再之后才是你理解了多少知识，并能灵活运用。读再多的书，不会灵活运用也是浪费。

我真的非常希望耳机行业有更多的高人，有个朋友一直要我给他推荐一个搞耳机的高手，同时要求能用英语对话，我一直想不到人选。当然一方面是我自己认识的人不多，另一方面是真正能满足这两个条件的人真的不多。

去年年会好像有跟xiushuicunren老先生同桌吃饭。今年年会第一天有到场，第二天因为家里有事没有去。

个人认为一个人在成长为优秀的工程师的过程之中，必然会遇到很多书本上没讲过的问题。这个时候就是考验一个人分析和解决问题能力的时候。如何找到问题的根源，如何把一个看似无法解决的大问题分解成能解决的小问题，如何找到有效的求救途径，这些是书本上不会教的。过不了这一关，读再多的书也成不了优秀的工程师。所以，我认为读书是重要，但思考比读书本身更重要。不能够解决实际问题，对于不是搞理论研究的工程人员来说，读再多的书也是无用，最多就是纸上谈兵，或者跟人吹牛皮、斗嘴的时候用用。
